It was essential that no extra steps were added to the process of creating patient accounts or of transferring info from Jouve to patient records. Lifen Platform also automatically retrieves patient data from facility management systems and pre-fills the admission forms. This is not only more convenient for the patient but also ensures that all Jouve accounts match existing facility records.

With Lifen, all patients have to do is click the Lifen Connect Patient invite link that is sent to their inbox. Behind the scenes, Lifen uses Artificial Intelligence to extract all the relevant patient information contained within documents to pre-fill all crucial fields in the Jouve form.
